Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
General Policy
F&V Marketing Supply Sdn Bhd reserves the rights to modify, change, or delete the policy at any time without further notice. Please ensure you have read through all terms and conditions to avoid any misunderstanding.
1. F&V Marketing Supply Sdn Bhd will not entertain any cancellation, refund, exchange of products due to customer’s change of mind once payment is accepted.
2. We will only accept return request in the following circumstances:-
– The Item has not been received by Buyer;
– The Item was defective and/or damaged on delivery;
– F&V Marketing Supply Sdn Bhd has delivered a goods that does not match the agreed specification (e.g. wrong size, colour, etc.) to Buyer;
– F&V Marketing Supply Sdn Bhd will review each Buyer’s application on a case-by-case basis and, in its sole discretion, determine whether Buyer’s application is successful.
Return Procedure
1. Parcel should be in good condition upon receiving. Buyers must inspect all products clearly once received. Receivers have the rights to reject immediately if the parcel is not in good condition ex; carton dented, wet, being opened, etc
2. Return of items must be requested within 7 days of receiving the parcel. Please provide at least 3 clear photos and a clear video of the defected item from different angles, together with the payment slip, and email them to fvmarketing88@gmail.com.
3. Faulty products must be delivered in their original packaging to 923, Block A, Kelana Centre Point, Jalan SS7/19, Petaling Jaya, Selangor, 47301, Malaysia.
4. We take every request seriously. Your case will be processed within 7 business days.
Liability of Return Shipping Fee
1. F&V Marketing Supply Sdn Bhd are not responsible for any damage caused during courier service delivery; the parcel is wrapped nicely and securely to avoid any damages during courier service delivery.
2. F&V Marketing Supply Sdn Bhd will NOT bear the return shipping fees, a mystery gift will be sent out in the scenario of an unforeseen error from F&V Marketing Supply Sdn Bhd (i.e. damaged, faulty or wrong Item delivered to the Buyer).
3. F&V Marketing Supply Sdn Bhd will cover the delivery costs for the new replacement unit, only after verification if it’s caused by manufacturing defects.

Termination
This agreement is effective unless and until either by the customer or https://www.fvmarketing.com.my. Customers may terminate this agreement at any time. However, https://www.fvmarketing.com.my may also terminate the agreement with the customer without any prior notice and will be denying the access of the customer who is unable to comply with the terms and conditions above.

We only collect the information needed for the registration procedure at our website or when fill up the registration form on the site. How long does delivery take?
Delivery time varies depending on location and courier service. Usually takes up to 3 working days within Peninsular Malaysia and up to 7 working days for East Malaysia, excluding weekends and public holidays.
